Frequently Asked Questions

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ) for manufacturing?

Generally, for small orders of 3-10 different items we can make 150 pieces of each design and colour including various sizes. For bigger collections of 10+ items, we can produce as little as 100 pieces per design and colour in various sizes. However, if a specific fabric needs to be dyed in a pantone code then we will need 300 garments in total from that colour. For the production to go smoothly, we need at least 3 different garments per order.

How many designs can I order?

When it comes to design there are no minimum quantities, we can design a single garment with a complete tech pack. We have also worked on big collections around 30 pieces of different designs.

What are your lead times?

Our lead times are 3-4 weeks for design and development *depending on the amount of designs needed. 4-5 weeks for pattern making and sampling. 8-10 weeks for bulk production.

Do I need a tech pack?

Yes, you will need a tech pack for each of your designs to produce your range with any manufacturer. Each tech packs contains a spec sheets with all garment details, artworks, visual design and colour options – measurements and size charts can be added additionally. This will be your blue print for each item which serves as a vital component to make sure the whole production process runs smoothly.

What type of companies do you work with?

We work with start-up companies and already established brands who want to create something bespoke.

Do you source fabrics and trims?

Yes, we source all fabrics and trims ourselves. We work with fabric and material suppliers based in Italy, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. If you have a specific fabric in mind, we will require a similar garment or swatch to match it with.

Where is your manufacturing based?

Our own factory is based in Bulgaria with a sourcing office in Sofia. However, we work with a few other suppliers (Turkey, Thailand and all over Europe) that we match our clients with depending on the type of clothing and quantities that they are looking to produce.

Can you produce clothing using my own designs?

Yes, if you already have completed tech packs, patterns or some samples made elsewhere you can send them to us and we can produce your range.

What’s your process like?

We start with trend research and mood boards to shape your collection. You can send us your ideas and we can create a tech pack for each of your items. *If you already have your designs or physical samples then we can proceed straight to manufacturing. We keep the design and production stages separate in case you don’t need the full service. Once the design stage has been completed, we can proceed with fabric sourcing and development. When you place your order, 50% payment of the total order is needed to make pre-production samples for your approval before we proceed with bulk manufacturing. The second 50% payment should be cleared once all garments have been made, before shipment.

Can I buy ready-made clothing with my branding on?

No, we are not a wholesaler. Everything we design and manufacture is made to order.
